I'm sorry. This is absolutely none of my business, but when I saw this comment I had to respond. You aren't grasping what happened with Cybil that well, so I figured I'd help you.

Cybil was banned because she made an offensive comment in the shoutbox. That comment, even if it wasn't directed, was completely uncalled for and incredibly offensive. Whissper's avatar by no means is ment to offend anyone. It is simply a picture chosen by the user. It isn't there to attack anyone nor does it suggest anything. It's simply a symbol.

When an individual states a belief, they are stating their opinion. Ok, she thinks homosexuals are humorous, that's fine. She has a right to think what she wants to. When you word it in the way that she did, to an audience, you are now broadcasting a hateful message. There is no excuse and certainly no good reason behind such actions. I understand the point your trying to make, but you also have to understand the reason behind the actions.
